The Old Perched Village *

Facing south in an amphitheatre design, the old Tende houses sustain a medieval feel, but with tiers built in the Renaissance, Baroque and 20th century.

Gothic style houses are perfectly preserved and lived in. The village is designed on numerous layers, leading out to cultivated fields, including vineyards. Protected by two authentic doors, it is overlooked by the Chateau Lascaris’ castle ruins.
